The invoice amount will cover the hunting package and daily rate.  The balance of the invoice is payable upon completion of your hunting trip.

All payments must be made in US currency into an account that will be provided to you on the invoice.

No personal cheques will be accepted. As soon as a deposit is paid to secure your hunting trip, we will need te following documentation via e-mail:

ñ Copy of your passport and any person accompanying you.

ñ Completed Questionnaire for the Hunter and any Observer/s that may accompany you.

ñ Signed Indemnity and Undertaking

Once TS receives this information, we will send you a letter called an ‘Invitation to Hunt’. This letter is necessary for importing your rifle(s) when you arrive at the airport in South Africa.

Please note that if you cancel your safari (3) three months or less before the start date of your hunting trip, the deposit will not be refunded.

Taxidermy

We partner with Trophy Solutions, situated in Polokwane, to cater to your trophy and hide preservation requirements. The package you select will grant you access to cooling facilities. Safari Taxidermy will invoice you directly for the necessary dipping, packing, and licenses.

Once the hides and trophies are ready, they will be packed and sent to a cargo business in Johannesburg. From there, arrangements will be made to ship them overseas, and you will receive another invoice from the cargo business handling your shipment.

A representative from your country will get in touch with you to help with the pickup, payment of customs and government/conservation charges, and delivery straight to your address. You will also receive a separate bill for the services rendered.
